BHA Welcomes Kaleo Young as Architectural Designer

Kaleo Young, Architectural Designer

We are pleased to welcome Kaleo Young to the Buchart Horn Architects team as an Architectural Designer based out of our Pittsburgh office. A graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute's Computer Aided Drafting & Computer CAD Systems Management programs, Kaleo brings to his role over 23 years of progressive design experience for diverse clients. Kaleo's professional background includes recent experience developing and implementing quality assurance and controls processes, corporate BIM and CAD standards, and many years of design and project management experience. Kaleo excels in surveying and documenting existing conditions, design development, QA/QC, and design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and others.

Kaleo is passionate about the design process and dedicated to his continuous professional development. He looks forward to applying his communication skills and attention to detail to developing design solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Kaleo loves going on outdoor adventures, geocaching, playing games, Pokémon, and making s'mores with his wife, Larissa and son, Kai. He also enjoys gardening, woodworking, and cooking.
